Shoot our club nights and label events. We have all the equipment for you to practice shooting — cameras, lenses, the lot — so this is a real chance to build a live-events portfolio while learning on the floor.
Link anything you've shot (phone footage counts), tell us what you want to get better at, and which nights you're free.

Find the artists before anyone else does. You'll scout demos and live sets, build relationships across the independent underground, and help shape who joins the roster and what they release. Genre doesn't matter. Ears do. R&B, hip-hop, EDM, pop, rock — if it's undeniable, we want to hear it.
Send us three artists you'd sign tomorrow and why, plus anything that shows how you hear music — playlists, past signings, a blog, whatever proves your ears.

Design the physical and visual world of the label: merch drops, cover artwork, event posters, and campaign visuals that carry the House of Bala look from screen to street.
